Key Responsibilities:
Security Strategy & Risk Management
• Develop, implement, and maintain effective security policies, procedures, and strategies.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
• Collaborate with management and key stakeholders to align security objectives with organizational goals and operational requirements.
Security Operations Management
• Oversee daily security operations across all sites, including access control systems, CCTV monitoring, visitor management, and physical security measures.
• Ensure accurate maintenance and regular review of the Occurrence Book (OB) and all security records.
• Monitor security systems and ensure prompt response to incidents, emergencies, and breaches.
Team Leadership & Personnel Management
• Lead, supervise, train, and motivate security personnel to maintain a high standard of professionalism and performance.
• Develop and manage staff rosters, shift schedules, and deployment plans to ensure adequate coverage at all times.
• Conduct performance evaluations and implement continuous improvement initiatives for the security team.
• Foster a culture of discipline, accountability, and security awareness throughout the organization.
Training & Security Awareness
• Develop and deliver security awareness programs for employees, residents, contractors, and visitors.
• Conduct regular training sessions on security protocols, emergency response procedures, and incident management.
• Ensure all security personnel receive ongoing professional development and compliance training.
Incident Management & Investigations
• Develop and implement incident response and crisis management plans.
• Lead investigations into security breaches, theft, vandalism, accidents, and other incidents.
• Prepare comprehensive incident reports and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Liaise with law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and other relevant stakeholders when required.
Compliance, Audits & Site Inspections
• Ensure compliance with applicable security regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Conduct routine security audits, inspections, and patrols across all facilities.
• Identify security gaps and implement corrective measures to maintain a safe and secure environment.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Certification in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5–8 years’ experience in security operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Demonstrated experience in developing security strategies, managing security teams, and overseeing large-scale security operations.
• Experience in preparing staff rosters, managing shift rotations, and workforce deployment.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, access control systems, incident reporting, and security technologies.
