Position Summary

Capemay Properties is seeking a highly professional and customer-focused Customer Liaison & After-Sales Executive to support clients throughout their journey, from initial engagement to post-purchase service. This role is essential in delivering a seamless and premium customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Liaison

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing property buyers
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships throughout the sales and occupancy journey
  • Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Project teams to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience

After-Sales Service

  • Manage all post-purchase interactions, including handover preparation and documentation
  • Guide clients on payment schedules and related processes
  • Coordinate snagging inspections and unit handovers
  • Address and resolve post-handover concerns such as maintenance requests, defect reporting, and warranty follow-ups

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Communications, or a related field
  • 2 to 4 years’ experience in customer service, real estate, or a related role
  • Strong customer service orientation with a genuine interest in client satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-driven under pressure
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage
