Key Responsibilities
- In collaboration with Head of Sales and Marketing develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenue
- Implement the Sales and Marketing strategy efficiently, utilizing company resources to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
- In collaboration with Head of Sales and Marketing develop a budget for Annual Marketing spend
- Promote sales of properties through effective Marketing and lead generation/conversion through various marketing channels to the appropriate target market.
- Adhere to monthly sales, KPls and revenue targets as set by the Head of Sales & Marketing and adhere to departmental reporting.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels to enhance company visibility and boost sales lead generation and conversion.
- Guide clients throughout the sales process, serving as the liaison between them and the company. Provide updates on payment, project progress, arrange site viewing and offer on investment suitability and value
- Keep clients record for potential sales leads
- Propose ideas for retaining/gaining customers: events, presentations, and business meeting
- Present purchase offers to new buyers, negotiate prices, and advise clients on market conditions, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Promote sales of properties through Marketing Advertisement and participation in listing services
- Handle and determine clients need and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit the customers
- Work with Real Estate agents to ensure Sales are closed on their clients
- Promote company brand identity as most prestigious and ambitious developer through appropriate personal presentation and professionalism.
Requirements
- A degree in Business Administration or other related field Certificate in Advanced Marketing.
- 3 years relevant experience.
- Computer literacy in Excel, Word and Power Point. Analytical skills,Teamwork and Good communication skills.
