Key Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate construction projects from start to finish, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Oversee day-to-day site operations, including supervising labor, monitoring subcontractors, inspecting materials, and ensuring quality control.
Ensure timely and on-budget project delivery by setting benchmarks, managing budgets, and tracking progress.
Collaborate with architects, surveyors, and engineers to review design documents.
Promote and enforce health and safety standards through regular site inspections and compliance monitoring.
Prepare internal and external reports detailing project status and progress.
Anticipate potential issues and resolve any unexpected challenges that arise during the project.
Maintain high-quality construction standards and ensure the use of proper techniques.
Secure necessary permits and licenses for project execution.
Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors effectively.
Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks to minimize project disruptions.
Foster strong client relationships through regular communication and progress updates.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
10 to 15 years of proven experience in construction management.
Strong ability to plan and maintain a strategic, “big-picture” approach to project execution.
Excellent time management and project management skills.
Skilled in crisis management and risk mitigation.
