Job Responsibilities

To perform general administrative duties, including assisting residents with leasing applications, reminding them about payments and lease renewals, coordinating maintenance requests, reporting issues to management, and writing informational memos for residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering telephone calls, managing enquiries, and routing calls accordingly.
  • Taking accurate messages and relaying them promptly.
  • Keeping and updating the daily phone log.
  • Greeting all office visitors and tenants in a warm, pleasant, and helpful manner.
  • Monitoring visitor access and maintaining security awareness.
  • Updating and maintaining a work order/complaint/roof access log list, indicating when work is completed.
  • Maintaining a log list of residents’ usage of communal areas (e.g., movie theatre, private gym).
  • Performing general administrative duties, including posting notices and maintaining supply inventory.
  • Handling general office errands, such as distributing letters and bills to tenants.
  • Working cooperatively with colleagues and external stakeholders to promote CPL’s overall business objectives.
  • Ensuring that confidentiality is always respected and maintained.

Key Requirements:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or an equivalent field.
  • Three (3) years of relevant experience is an added advantage.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and good telephone manners.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to a diverse group of people.
  • Working knowledge of IT.
  • Customer service skills.
