Position Summary
Capemay Properties is seeking a high-caliber Executive Property Investment Advisor to join our elite real estate management team. This is not a conventional real estate role. It is a strategic, executive-level position for a sophisticated professional who understands property as a vehicle for wealth preservation and growth.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), family offices, and institutional investors, delivering data-driven insights and curating high-performing real estate portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Portfolio Management
Analyze client financial profiles and develop tailored property investment strategies aligned with risk tolerance and return objectives.
Market Intelligence
Conduct in-depth research on emerging markets, capital growth trends, and urban developments to identify high-value and off-market opportunities.
Financial Modeling
Perform detailed investment analysis, including IRR, Cap Rates, and Cash-on-Cash return projections.
End-to-End Acquisition
Lead the full acquisition process, from sourcing and negotiation to legal due diligence and closing.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain a strong network of developers, mortgage brokers, and legal professionals to support seamless transactions.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure all transactions comply with local real estate laws, AML regulations, and ethical standards.
Requirements
Experience: 5–10 years in luxury real estate, private banking, or investment advisory
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or related field. MBA or CFA is an added advantage
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in financial modeling and market data analysis tools
Communication: Exceptional presentation and client advisory skills at executive level
