We are seeking a highly professional and customer centric Customer Liaison and After-Sales Executive to support our buyers throughout their journey, from initial engagement to post purchase service.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Liaison
Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing property buyers.
Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships throughout the sales and occupancy journey.
Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Project teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
After-Sales Service
Manage all post purchase interactions, including payment schedule guidance and handover preparation.
Support clients through snagging, inspection, and unit handover processes.
Address and resolve post handover concerns such as maintenance requests, defect reporting, and warranty follow ups.
Monitor and maintain a high standard of customer service across all client touchpoints.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of two years’ experience in real estate customer service, after sales management, or client relations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow through.
Ability to remain calm, solution oriented, and professional at all times.
Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite is an added advantage.
