At Capemay Properties, we believe in building more than homes , we build hope, resilience, and stronger communities. In line with this commitment, we recently donated GHC 10,000 to support the urgent medical treatment of Ms. Emmanuella Abla Raphael, a 45-year-old cancer patient and single mother of two.
Ms. Raphael has faced immense challenges over the past year, including the devastating loss of her home to floods and undergoing multiple surgeries at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital. She now requires advanced cancer treatment at Apollo Hospitals in Chennai, India, and financial support is critical to her recovery journey.
The donation was presented on behalf of our CEO, Mrs. Eunice Adjei by our Head of HR and Procurement, Ms. Naomi Fenteng, and received by Dr. Ayete Labi Athanasius Kwaku, the lead medical professional overseeing Ms. Raphael’s care.

At Capemay, our ethos has always been about more than brick and mortar. It’s about people,” said Ms. Fenteng during the presentation. “We are honored to stand with Ms. Raphael and her family during this difficult time.
Dr. Labi expressed heartfelt appreciation for the support, emphasizing how timely contributions like these can make a life-changing difference:
This donation gives Ms. Raphael not just hope, but a real fighting chance. We are truly grateful.
This gesture forms part of Capemay Properties’ broader social impact initiatives aimed at uplifting individuals and families in need. We remain committed to making a positive difference wherever we can, one act of compassion at a time.
